Thank you to everyone who has put themselves forward for the Artistic Committee for 2024/25. As six people are standing for the five places it will be necessary to hold an election. All paid up members over the age of 18 are entitled to vote.
Voting will take place at the AGM on Friday 28th June 2024 and the results will be announced at the meeting. If you can not attend the meeting you can still vote by proxy using the proxy voting slip attached.

You can select a maximum of five candidates.
We have had one additional nomination for the Main Committee.
Hannah Bloodworth will be taking up the position of Treasurer to fill the vacancy left by Keith Hawkins.
The current members of the main committee have all agreed to stand again with the exception of Max Campbell as Youth representative, this position remains vacant.
