Bar Volunteers - Final Urgent Request!

Dear All,

I'm so sorry to bother members again, but we are now less than two weeks away from our next production and still short of volunteers to work the bar. We have absolutely no-one for the last night, Saturday 23rd March., which is more than disappointing. We also have only two volunteers for Thursday and Friday, 21st and 22nd. The post-Monday dress rehearsal is the same, but we can manage that ourselves if need be.

May I put out one last plea for members to offer help. At the moment the Director, Alison, is offering to work and no doubt a few of us cast members will offer to step in. However, this isn't the situation we normally face. It's a comparatively small cast and team, so we'd expect more people to be available. Thank you to those who have already offered. I'm crossing my fingers that more members might come forward. It isn't a difficult task. If I can run a bar, anyone can, I promise!
